Rose Essential Oil : The Myth of Reconciliation and Healing
"The Reconciliation of Rose and Thorn"
In the garden of the moon goddess, the rose always secretly sheds tears at night. Her petals are more beautiful than the morning glow, but she is pricked by the thorns under her body every night.
"You should learn from jasmine," the thorn sneered under the moon, "she never shows off with her soft petals."
The rose cried even harder, and her tears fell into the soil and condensed into crystal oil beads.
One day, the deer in the forest was shot by a hunter's arrow and limped into the garden. The rose looked at its bleeding leg and suddenly plucked up the courage to ask the thorn to help break off a petal for itself.
"Are you crazy?" The thorn scolded, but still carefully avoided her pistil and gently plucked off the petals. The rose rubbed the oil beads on the petals on the deer's wound, and a miracle happened-the wound slowly healed.
The thorn was stunned. It turned out that the softness that it laughed at had such power.
Later, the thorn learned to hold the rose gently, and the rose no longer complained about the pain. Their essential oils mixed together become the most magical healing medicine in the forest. People say that the secret of reconciliation is hidden in the fragrance.
