So far, about 17,500 aromatic plants have been studied, of which about 2,000 plants can produce more than 3,000 different essential oils. This is because different parts of the same plant can produce a variety of essential oils, and among these essential oils, about 300 are commonly used.
Essential oils are usually composed of several to thousands of chemical components with different characteristics, and their main efficacy depends on the effectiveness of these components. We usually regard the components with higher content as the main components of essential oils, but this does not mean that the components with lower content will not have a superimposed and enhanced effect on the efficacy of essential oils.

1. lemon essential oil

A. Body detoxification: Add 1 drop of lemon essential oil to the first cup of warm water in the morning, drink it in big gulps, and avoid getting it on your lips.
B. Throat moisturizing: Drop 1 drop of lemon essential oil into honey water, tea or yogurt at about 40 degrees, and drink it slowly in small sips.

2.Lavender essential oil

A.Lip care/dry lips: Mix 1 drop of lavender essential oil and 1 drop of fractionated coconut oil and apply to lips. After absorption, apply lip balm to moisturize and lock in moisture.
B. Scalp relaxation massage: Mix 1 drop of lavender essential oil with 3 drops of fractionated coconut oil, dip the essential oil with your fingertips, comb along the hairline to the back of the head, and gently press the scalp.
C. Promote sleep: Half an hour before going to bed, drop 2 drops of lavender essential oil into the aromatherapy machine to diffuse the fragrance. 2 Or drop 1 drop of lavender essential oil directly on the pillow.

3. peppermint essential oil

A. Early wake-up: When you get up early and take a shower, drop 3 drops of peppermint essential oil on the shower floor, or drop it on the shower gel to wash your body.
