| Usage |
1.Massage:carrier oil 10 ~ 15 ml + 2 ~ 10 drops of essential oil,gently massage until fully absorbed. 5.Bthing:drip 8~10 drops of oil into the bathtub which is full of hot water and stir it evenly. Andthen bath in the tub for 15~20 minutes. After bath, clean the body with body shampoo. 6.Compress:3~6 drops of oil into the hot water and stir it evenly. Wet a towel with the water and wring it out. Compress the towel upon the right position of the body. |
