It smells fresh, tastes crisp and refreshing, and leaves a lingering sweet aftertaste—its unique flavor and aroma leave a truly lasting impression.

Mint is not only a versatile "all-rounder" that has successfully penetrated the pharmaceutical, food, cosmetic, and fragrance industries, but it is also a health-promoting food source recognized for its dual medicinal and dietary properties.

There are many ways to enjoy mint; here are three simple methods we recommend, allowing you to savor its refreshing taste and delightful flavor right at home.
1. Lemon-Mint tea
Ingredients: Lemon, mint leaves, plain water.
Preparation: Wash the mint leaves thoroughly, then let them steep in the water for one hour to create a mint tea base. You may also add a few lemon slices and a drizzle of honey.
