Last time we shared some recipes for bath in winter, the below are the second part.
Recipes for relaxing and sleep aid:
⑤2 drops Ylang-ylang essential oil + 2 drops Lavender essential oil + 2 drops Bergamot essential oil
⑥ 3 drops Lavender essential oil + 3 drops Bergamot essential oil
Recipes for Relieving Colds, Influenza, and Other Viral Infections:
①3 drops Lavender essential oil + 2 drops tea tree essential oil + 1 drop Lemon essential oil (for evening use)
② 3 drops Lavender essential oil + 2 drops Eucalyptus essential oil + 2 drops Rosemary essential oil (for daytime use)
③ 3 drops Lavender essential oil + 2 drops Thyme essential oil + 1 drop Tea tree essential oil (for sore throat symptoms)
④ 2 drops Lavender essential oil + 2 drops Frankincense essential oil + 2 drops Tea tree essential oil (for cough symptoms)
Tip: Choose formula 1 for evening use, formula 2 for daytime use, formula 3 for sore throat, and formula 4 for cough symptoms.
Detoxifying Essential Oil Bath Recipes
① 3 drops lavender essential oil + 2 drops eucalyptus essential oil + 1 drop rosemary essential oil (for evening use)
② 3 drops geranium essential oil + 2 drops rosemary essential oil + 1 drop rose essential oil (for daytime use)
Tip: The first recipe is suitable for evening use, the second recipe is suitable for daytime use.
The water temperature for essential oil baths is best controlled between 37℃ and 42℃. Each bath should last about 10-15 minutes, once a week is sufficient.
