Top 3 Essential Oils for Effective Dandruff Treatment
Are you bothered by dandruff in the dry winter weather? Today, we'll introduce several essential oils to help you combat dandruff!

1. tea Tree Essential Oil
Recurrent dandruff is highly likely due to Malassezia fungus! Tea tree oil is a dandruff "cleaner," suppressing Malassezia with its powerful antifungal properties, reducingscale formation from the root, and soothing scalp inflammation and itching. I add one drop to my silicone-free shampoo every time I wash my hair, letting the lather sit for a minute before rinsing. The itching that made me want to scratch my head was relieved in two or three days. Remember not to apply it directly to your scalp! For sensitive scalps, you can mix one drop with jojoba oil and massage your scalp for a gentler effect.

2. Rosemary Essential Oil
Winter dandruff is often accompanied by dry, brittle hair and hair loss. Rosemary essential oil can improve scalp circulation, control excess oil, reduce the stickiness ofoily dandruff, and strengthen hair roots. My method is 3 drops of essential oil + 10ml of sweet almond oil, applied to the scalp one hour before washing. I massage my scalp with my fingertips from the back of my head upwards for 5 minutes, then wrap it with a hot towel to promote absorption. After a month of consistent use, not only is the dandruff gone, but my hair parting looks denser!
3.Lavender Essential Oil
For those with dry, red scalps that flake when scratched, try this! Lavender essential oil is incredibly soothing. Lavender essential oil is the "stability king" for the scalp,
gently balancing sebum secretion, relieving the fine dandruff caused by dryness, and restoring the scalp to a refreshing and stable state. I add one drop to my conditioner, and after washing, my scalp feels soft and not tight at all. And the light floral scent is so therapeutic; every time I wash my hair, it feels like a relaxing spa treatment, and all the irritation disappears!
