    Introduction
Lemon essential oil is extracted from fresh lemon peels through cold pressing. It has a light yellow color and a fresh, bright aroma with a rich citrus flavor. Its primary component is limonene (approximately 70%-80%), and it also contains citronellal and nerol, making it a versatile essential oil with a wide range of uses.

    How to Use

Cleaning and Deodorizing: Add 1-2 drops to dishwashing liquid when washing dishes to enhance cleaning power. Add 1 drop to hand washing to remove odors from fish, shrimp, and onions.

Aromatherapy and Refreshment: Add 3-4 drops to an aromatherapy diffuser and combine with peppermint essential oil for a refreshing effect while working or studying.

Skincare Aid: Dilute 1 drop of essential oil in 10ml of a carrier oil (such as jojoba oil) and massage into the skin to improve dullness (avoiding the eye area).

Fragrance Enhancement: Add 2 drops to laundry for a light, refreshing fragrance. (Use with caution on dark-colored clothing to avoid staining.)

    Benefits

Natural Cleansing Power: Limonene has antibacterial and degreasing properties, making it a suitable alternative to some chemical cleaners.

Mood Boost: The scent can relieve fatigue and anxiety, and improve concentration.

Skin Brightening Aid: Helps reduce oil accumulation on the skin, resulting in a more translucent complexion (requires sunscreen).

Air Purifier: Aromatherapy can freshen the air and reduce odors.

    Contraindications

Highly Photosensitizing: Avoid direct sunlight for 6-12 hours after use, as this may cause tanning and burns.

Concentration Limit: Do not apply directly to skin. Dilute with a carrier oil (recommended concentration no more than 2%).

Use with caution in special groups: Pregnant women, infants, and people with sensitive skin should consult a professional before use.

Keep away from mucous membranes: Avoid contact with mucous membranes such as eyes and nasal cavity. In case of accidental contact, rinse immediately with clean water.
