    Introduction of Angelica Dahuria Oil

    Main Benefits and Effects:

    • Skin Repair and Anti-Inflammation: Promotes wound healing, improves scars, bruises, and eczema itching; inhibits fungal infections (such as athlete's foot) and is effective for acne and dermatitis. Photosensitivity Note: Avoid sunlight for 12 hours after use to avoid photodermatitis.
    • Analgesic and Anti-Inflammatory: Relieves headaches, toothaches, joint pain, and rheumatic pain; reduces swelling by inhibiting inflammatory factors.
    • Respiratory and Digestive Regulation: Clears the nasal passages, improves nasal congestion caused by colds and chronic bronchitis; promotes gastrointestinal motility, relieves flatulence and stomach ulcers.
    • Antibacterial and Antioxidant: Inhibits Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans; scavenges free radicals, delaying skin aging.

    Topical Skincare:

    2 drops of Angelica dahurica oil + 10 mL of a carrier oil (such as jojoba oil) applied nightly to lighten spots and reduce acne.

    Body Massage:

    3 drops of Angelica dahurica oil + 2 drops of Panax notoginseng oil + 10 mL of grapeseed oil for joint or neck massage to relieve pain.

    Bath:

    Add 4-5 drops to foot bath water to remove dampness and odor, and improve cold legs.
