Main Ingredients: Contains active ingredients such as β-ionone (approximately 15%), linalool (8%-12%), and geraniol.

Instructions

Aromatherapy Diffuser: Add 3-5 drops to an ultrasonic diffuser. It is recommended to combine with bergamot essential oil (2:1 ratio) for an enhanced relaxing effect.

Skin Care: Dilute with a carrier oil (1% concentration: 5 drops essential oil + 10ml jojoba oil). Suitable for hand massage or foot bath.

Clothing Care: Add 2 drops of essential oil to a cotton ball and place in a wardrobe to repel insects and retain the fragrance.
